Vanunu Named to LIBN 40 Under 40 List

Rivkin Radler is proud to announce that Michael Vanunu was named to the Long Island Business News (LIBN) 40 Under 40 list. He was formally presented with the award at a September 30 ceremony at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, NY.

The 40 Under 40 awards honor future leaders of Long Island who have already begun to distinguish themselves in business, government, education and the nonprofit sector. They have a proven track record of career success, are involved in mentoring and promoting their profession and find time to give back to their communities.

Michael is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation; Compliance, Investigations & White Collar; Insurance Fraud; and Strategic Alternative Defense Practice Groups. Since 2020 he has been named a New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Star. The Risings Stars list is comprised of the top 2.5 percent of lawyers under the age of 40.

Michael currently serves on the executive board of the Merrick Jewish Centre. He also teaches trial advocacy to law students, preparing them to compete against other law schools in mock trial competitions throughout the region and country.
