Ullman Quoted in Natural Products Insider
December 7, 2023 |Marc Ullman was quoted in the Natural Products Insider article, “NPA Challenges Constitutionality of NY Law That Restricts Sale of Weight Loss, Muscle Building Supplements.”
On December 4, the Natural Products Association filed a lawsuit with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York to challenge the constitutionality of a law that restricts some supplement sales.
“The bill is very poorly drafted,” said Ullman. When it first passed, Ullman also noted that it contained many ambiguities, such as precisely what products are covered by the legislation.”
