Ullman Pens Column for Industry Publication
January 6, 2023 |Marc S. Ullman, of counsel to Rivkin Radler, is a new columnist for Natural Products Insider magazine. Named “Oral Arguments by Marc Ullman,” the quarterly column will opine on regulatory and compliance actions by government entities that affect the dietary supplement, health food, nutraceutical and cosmeceutical industries.
A longtime industry observer and often-quoted source for articles concerning regulation of dietary supplements and natural products, Marc represents clients on issues relating to Food and Drug Administration compliance, including labeling, advertising claims and good manufacturing practices.
“I appreciate this opportunity to weigh in on the FDA’s activities,” Marc said. “My goal is to highlight issues of urgent concern including potentially damaging regulatory overreach for Natural Products Insider’s readers.”
