Ullman and Shapiro Featured in “DSHEA and the Defense of Health Freedom” Video

DSHEA and the Defense of Health Freedom created a video in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the The Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA). According to The American Herbal Products Association, the video “features commentary from Loren Israelsen (United Natural Products Alliance), Steven Shapiro & Marc Ullman (Rivkin Radler LLP), Sandy Gooch (Mrs. Gooch’s Natural Food Markets), and Antonio C. (Tony) Martinez II, among others intimately involved in the lead up to and the movement behind DSHEA.  The 26-minute video offers retrospective, firsthand accounts of the unprecedented efforts of dietary supplement industry leaders, legislative champions, and galvanized consumers who worked together to get the landmark legislation passed.”
