Stineback joins Rivkin Radler
November 3, 2014 |Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Jennifer Stineback has joined the firm as an Associate in the firm’s Insurance Coverage & Litigation Practice Group.

Jennifer L. Stineback, of Setauket, focuses her practice on insurance coverage and reinsurance litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as arbitrations and mediations. Her experience includes representing and counseling insurance companies in a broad range of insurance coverage matters including complex environmental and toxic tort matters, construction defect and/or construction accident litigation, financial institution bonds, and other commercial and personal lines of insurance. Jennifer also has experience representing and counseling insurance companies with regard to both facultative and treaty reinsurance.
Prior to joining the Firm, Jennifer practiced in Boston for six years, where she was selected as a Massachusetts Rising Star in 2013 and 2014, in the field of insurance coverage, as recognized by the publishers of Law & Politics and Boston Magazine.
