Sosler Helps Establish Trinity Health as SPHP’s Active Parent
January 4, 2019 |Karen Sosler received approval by the Public Health and Health Planning Council and New York State Department of Health of certificate of need applications seeking to establish Trinity Health Corporation, one of the largest multi-institutional Catholic healthcare delivery systems in the nation, as the active parent and co-operator of the Article 28 entities operated by St. Peter’s Health Partners (located in Albany) and St. Joseph’s Health, Inc. (located in Syracuse).
