Rivkin Radler Welcomes Tracey McIntyre

Uniondale, New York ? September 20132 – Rivkin Radler LLP has announced the addition of Tracey McIntyre who has joined the firm as the Director of Legal Recruiting and Professional Development.

Ms. McIntyre will be responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of the firm’s professional development initiatives, including training, career development, mentoring and performance reviews.  Additionally, she will be overseeing the firm’s attorney recruiting efforts.  

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Ms. McIntyre was the Manager of Attorney Recruiting and Professional Development at a large law firm, where she was responsible for the oversight and management of all aspects of summer associate and lateral recruiting, including law school outreach efforts.  She also developed and oversaw all training programs for the firm, including: 

  • New hire orientation and training programs for summer associates and lateral hires.
  • Attorney training programs, including an attorney skills curriculum and practice group specific training.
  • Development of programs for managers, business professionals, secretaries and paralegals, including the firm’s Leadership and Management Program (LAMP) for managers and Growth Opportunities Leadership and Development (GOLD) for business professionals.

Ms. McIntyre also managed the firm’s Professional Development Partner (PDP) mentor program and the firm’s Continuing Legal Education compliance platform (CE Manager). Additionally, she counseled the firm’s attorneys on professional development and employee relations issues. 

Ms McIntyre is an active member of the Professional Development Institute (PDI), the Professional Development Consortium (PDC), the National Association for Legal Professionals (NALP) and the New York City Recruiting Association (NYCRA).   

Ms. McIntyre received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Penn State University.
