Rivkin Radler Welcomes Three New Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Thomas DeMarco, Jacob Fleitman and Michael Rudick have joined the firm.

Thomas V. DeMarco, has joined the firm’s General Liability Practice Groups as an Associate.

Thomas focuses his practice on a variety of matters, including automobile liability, premises liability and property damage cases.  Prior to joining the firm, Thomas was an associate with a mid-sized law firm where he specialized in construction litigation and the defense of architects and engineers.

Jacob Fleitman has joined the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Practice Groups as an Associate.

Jacob’s practices focuses on real estate law, landlord-tenant, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Jacob worked for a boutique Manhattan real estate litigation firm, and ran a successful real estate and litigation practice that focused on real estate and corporate matters.

Michael R. Rudick has joined the firm’s General Liability Practice Group as an Associate.

Michael concentrates his practice primarily on civil defense litigation, representing commercial clients in a wide variety of premises liability, property damage, automotive liability and construction/labor law matters.  Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Michael worked as a litigation associate in the New York office of a mid-sized international law firm, where he gained significant experience prosecuting and defending complex tort, product liability and commercial matters throughout New York and New Jersey.
