Rivkin Radler Welcomes Six Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Francine Adler, Matthew Feinman, Frank Holahan, Adam Kominsky, Russell Sass, and Andreea Stefanescu have joined the Firm.

“The partnership is delighted to welcome these new attorneys.  They add to the stature of our firm and our goal to ever strive for excellence in the representation of our clients’ interests,” said Evan Krinick.

Francine Adler, of Oceanside, has joined the Firm’s Health Services Practice Group as an Associate.  Fran has experience representing healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, dentists, physician assistants, physical and occupational therapists, podiatrists, other ancillary providers and healthcare entities, as well as third party medical billing companies in a wide variety of legal matters.

Fran earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.

Matthew Feinman, of New York City, has joined the Firm as an Associate in the Litigation & Appeals Practice Group as an Associate.  He has represented publicly-traded companies, private entities and high-net-worth individuals in a wide range of complex commercial litigations.  Matthew has represented clients as both plaintiff and defendant in litigation involving civil RICO, commercial contract, fiduciary obligations, fraud, commercial tort, defamation and real estate transaction disputes. 

Matt earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.

Frank Holahan, of Ridgewood, New Jersey, has joined the firm as a Partner in the Litigation & Appeals Practice Group.  Frank is a seasoned commercial litigator whose practice focuses on complex business disputes.  Resident in the Firm’s New Jersey office, Frank has tried scores of cases in the Superior Court and Surrogate Court.  His practice includes shareholder oppression claims, partnership dissolutions, unfair competition and restrictive covenant litigation.  Frank has represented national and international clients respecting the enforcement of employment non-compete agreements and has successfully argued precedent-setting cases in the New Jersey Appellate Division. 

Frank earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School.

Adam Kominsky, of Tenafly, New Jersey, has joined the firm as a Partner in the Directors & Officers Liability, Insurance Coverage & Litigation, and Product Liability & Toxic Tort Practice Groups.  Resident in the Firm’s New Jersey office, Adam has handled complex civil litigation in Federal and State Courts and arbitration proceedings throughout the country. He has litigated a variety of matters related to insurance coverage, reinsurance, business torts, construction, class actions, transportation, aviation, admiralty, real estate and other commercial disputes.

Frank earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law.

Russell Sass, of Port Washington, has joined the firm as an Associate in the Health Services Practice Group.  Russell advises healthcare facilities, providers, and organizations in a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters, including representation of clients in group practice acquisitions and sales, structuring of joint ventures and other business relationships, employment contract development and negotiations and real estate related matters.   He counsels clients with respect to compliance with Stark, anti-kickback, fraud and abuse, corporate practice and fee-splitting prohibitions.

Russell earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.

Andreea Stefanescu, of Brooklyn, has joined the firm as an Associate in the Insurance Coverage & Litigation Practice Group.  Andreea represents insurance companies in complex insurance coverage disputes.  She combines wide-ranging experience and expertise in complex commercial litigation and has represented multi-national corporations and banks in litigation and other proceedings.  Andreea has also been recognized for her pro bono and community activities. She was recognized as an Empire State Counsel in 2008 for her pro bono work by the New York State Bar Association.  Additionally, she has been elected to the Board of Directors of UnionDocs Center for Documentary Art, a not-for-profit arts organization in Brooklyn, NY

Andreea earned her Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law.
