Rivkin Radler Welcomes New Partner
August 9, 2019 | | |Uniondale, New York – August 2019 – Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Michael J. Twersky has joined the firm as a Partner.
Michael J. Twersky has joined the firm’s Banking; Corporate; and Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Practice Groups. With over 20 years in practice, Michael has extensive experience handling all aspects of complex real estate and real estate financing transactions.
He represents commercial lenders, including commercial banks (foreign and domestic), insurance companies, specialty finance companies and REITs in the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans (including construction, interim and permanent financing). Michael is well-versed in loan securitizations, loan syndication and participations, promissory note purchases and sales, and loan work-outs and restructurings (including deed in lieu of foreclosure transactions).
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Michael was Counsel at McDermott, Will & Emery LLP in New York, NY.
