New York, NY – August 20, 2018 – Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Eric D. Fader has joined the firm as a Partner.

Eric D. Fader has joined the firm’s Health Services, Corporate and Privacy, Data and Cyber Practice Groups.

Eric has represented healthcare providers and other corporate clients in connection with business planning and contractual issues, transactional matters, and federal and state regulatory compliance for more than 30 years.

Eric advises on reimbursement issues, matters related to federal and state anti-kickback and self-referral laws, HIPAA and HITECH Act matters (including privacy and data breaches), Affordable Care Act compliance, hospital privilege and medical staff issues, payor audits, and state licensure and certificate of need matters. His work also includes organizational matters, corporate governance and structuring/restructuring advice, operating agreements, shareholder and partnership agreements and disputes, labor and employment law issues, private securities offerings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Eric was Counsel with Day Pitney LLP in New York, NY.
