Rivkin Radler Welcomes New Associate
August 8, 2019 |Uniondale, New York – August 2019 – Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Colleen A. O’Neil has joined the firm as an Associate.
Colleen A. O’Neil has joined the firm’s Insurance Fraud practice group. Colleen assists insurers with prosecuting civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Colleen was a litigator at O’Melveny & Myers in New York, NY, where she focused her practice on intellectual property and employment discrimination cases. She has extensive federal litigation experience, including conducting fact investigations, drafting pleadings and motions, pursuing discovery, engaging in settlement discussions and taking depositions.
Colleen received her Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law.
