Rivkin Radler Welcomes 5 Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler, is pleased to announce that Danielle Drasser has joined the firm as counsel, and Conor Byrnes, Hilary Drabkin, Lauren B. Eicher, and Kennedy C. Jones have joined the firm as associates.

Danielle Drasser, of Copiague, NY, has joined the Insurance Fraud & Recovery Practice Group in the firm’s Uniondale office. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Danielle served as an assistant district attorney in the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor for the City of New York. She earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.

Conor Byrnes, of Rockville Centre, NY, has joined the Insurance Fraud & Recovery Practice Group in the firm’s Uniondale office. He focuses his practice on investigating and prosecuting civil RICO actions, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments tied to large-scale insurance fraud schemes. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Conor served as an assistant district attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. He earned his J.D. from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

Hilary Drabkin, of Roslyn Heights, NY, has joined the Insurance Fraud & Recovery Practice Group in the firm’s Uniondale office. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Hilary clerked for Justice Arthur F. Engoron of the New York State Supreme Court, New York County. She earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.

Lauren B. Eicher, of Asbury Park, NJ, has joined the Professional Liability Practice Group in the firm’s Hackensack office where she defends claims brought against licensed professionals including attorneys, design professionals, insurance agents, and brokers. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School.

Kennedy C. Jones, of Westbury, NY, has joined the General Liability Practice Group in the firm’s Uniondale office. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Kennedy clerked at a Nevada-based litigation firm. She earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
