Rivkin Radler Welcomes 5 Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler, is pleased to announce that Kate Fohrkolb has joined the firm as counsel, and Emily Manning, Timothy Ross, Levi Stoep, and Thomas Wolowski have joined the firm as associates.

Kate Fohrkolb, of Cutchogue, NY, has joined the Compliance, Investigations & White Collar and Insurance Fraud Groups in the firm’s Uniondale office, where she brings a unique blend of experience in investigations, litigation, and risk management to her practice. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Kate worked as a special assistant attorney general in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, where she led a multidisciplinary team of detectives, auditors, medical analysts, and paralegals dedicated to identifying complex criminal and civil Medicaid fraud cases, as well as systemic patient abuse and neglect within healthcare facilities. She earned her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law.

Emily Manning, of Huntington, NY, has joined the Health Services Group in the firm’s Uniondale office. She focuses her practice on healthcare regulatory and transactional matters with additional experience in legal issues surrounding health system operations, corporate compliance, and patient-centered advocacy. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Emily worked with medical groups, professional practices, and hospital-affiliated entities, supporting legal and operational needs across the healthcare delivery spectrum. She earned her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.

Timothy Ross, of Saint Augustine, FL, has joined the Insurance Fraud Group in the firm’s Jacksonville office. He is experienced in all phases of litigation, including appellate advocacy, in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Timothy worked at an insurance defense firm based in Tallahassee, FL, where he handled a wide range of matters including first-party property, quasi-governmental liability, premises liability, professional liability, legal malpractice, business disputes, and ethics advice for Florida attorneys. He earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University.

Levi Stoep, of New York, NY, has joined the Insurance Fraud Group in the firm’s Uniondale office, where he handles all aspects of complex commercial litigation in courts around the country, including New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Levi served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. He earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School.

Thomas Wolowski, of Farmingdale, NY, has joined the Professional Liability Group in the firm’s Uniondale office. He concentrates his practice in the defense of claims asserted against professionals including attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers, and insurance agents and brokers. Prior to joining the firm, Thomas handled malpractice claims against attorneys for a midsize law firm on Long Island. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.
