Rivkin Radler Welcomes 3 Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler, is pleased to announce that Madison Torsiello and Jason Gil have joined the firm as counsel, and Nabeel Gadit has joined the firm as an associate.

Madison Torsiello, of New York, NY, has joined the Commercial Litigation, Construction, and Real Estate Practice Groups in the firm’s New York City office, where she brings over a decade of experience advocating for clients in high-stakes business and real estate disputes in New York state and federal courts. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Madison practiced at a Manhattan firm. She earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.

Jason Gil, of Woodbury, NY, has joined the Commercial Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups in the firm’s Uniondale office. Jason’s practice involves litigating matters relating to real property disputes, including commercial and residential landlord/tenant proceedings, guarantor actions, Article 78 proceedings and tenant overcharge actions. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Jason was an associate attorney at a New York real estate firm. He earned his J.D. from New York Law School.

Nabeel Gadit, of Weehawken, NJ, has joined the Commercial Litigation and Insurance Fraud Practice Groups in the firm’s Uniondale office. Nabeel’s legal experience includes federal and state litigation, national security law, and regulatory compliance. Before joining Rivkin Radler, Nabeel served as assistant general counsel for the U.S. General Services Administration. He earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
