Rivkin Radler Welcomes 3 Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler, is pleased to announce that Ari Katzap has joined the firm as counsel, and Yadira Duran and Royce Liu have joined the firm as associates.

Ari Katzap, of Roslyn, NY, has joined the real estate practice in the firm’s Uniondale office, where he represents a broad range of clients including property owners, tenants, landlords, investors, and lenders in litigation and transactional matters throughout New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Ari practiced at boutique firm, where he focused on landlord-tenant law and handled a range of civil litigation and Supreme Court matters related to real estate. He earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School.

Yadira Duran, of Bloomfield, NJ, has joined the professional liability practice group in the firm’s Hackensack office. She focuses her practice on the defense of professional liability claims brought against licensed professionals including attorneys, design professionals, insurance agents, and brokers. Yadira earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Royce Liu, of Brooklyn, NY, has joined the corporate group in the firm’s Uniondale office, where he focuses on a variety of corporate and business matters. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Royce served as a corporate associate at two prominent law firms, including a leading international firm and a major New York practice. He earned his Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
