- The HIPAA Privacy Rule
The presentation will focus on the kinds of questions organizations must ask to understand potential compliance risks in these areas. For each law, the program will pose sample questions tied to the law’s elements to help calibrate the risk of non-compliance within the organization and how to mitigate that risk.
The program will be moderated by Robert Hussar, a partner in Rivkin Radler’s Compliance, Investigations & White Collar and Health Services practice groups.
