Rivkin Radler Elevates 3 New Partners

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Ada Janocinska, Justin Piccione and Michael Vanunu have been elected Partners.

Ada Janocinska, of Huntington, NY, is a member of the Firm’s Health Services and Privacy, Data & Cyber Law Practice Groups. She represents healthcare providers, medical groups, hospitals, outpatient facilities and other business entities that serve the healthcare industry. She also advises clients both in and outside of the healthcare industry on complying with HIPAA and the HITECH Act, and responding to any threats or breaches to an organization’s privacy and cyber security.

Justin Piccione, of Massapequa, NY, is a member of the Personal, Family & Business Planning Practice Group. He is an experienced trial attorney and litigator, with a background in both civil and criminal law. Justin focuses on Surrogate’s Court litigation, trusts and estates administration, and complex estate planning and related tax matters.

Michael Vanunu, of Merrick, NY, is a member of the Commercial Litigation; Compliance, Investigations & White Collar; and Insurance Fraud Practice Groups. He prosecutes complex civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, and represents commercial clients in litigation and pre-litigation business disputes that arise out of potential fraud or other wrongdoing between the parties. He also defends individuals and entities from criminal prosecution relating to fraud or theft.
