Rivkin Radler Celebrates 3 Honorees in LIBN’s 2025 Leaders in Law Awards
November 17, 2025Rivkin Radler is proud to announce that three members of the firm received Leaders in Law awards from Long Island Business News (LIBN). They were formally presented with their awards at a November 13 ceremony at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, NY.
The Leaders in Law awards recognize dedicated individuals whose leadership, both in the legal profession and in the community, has had a positive impact on Long Island. Award recipients demonstrate outstanding achievements, involvement in their profession and support of the community.

Brian Bank, of Plainview, NY, is a partner in the firm’s Business Dissolution; Class Actions; Commercial Litigation; Compliance, Investigations & White Collar; Labor & Employment; and Privacy, Data & Cyber Law Practice Groups. In 2017, he was named to Long Island Business News’ 40 Under 40 list, and he currently serves as vice chair of the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section’s Business Litigation Committee and sits on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross Long Island chapter.
Lawrence Han, of Great Neck, NY, is a partner in the firm’s Class Actions; Complex Torts & Product Liability; Privacy, Data & Cyber Law; and Professional Liability Practice Groups. In 2023, he received Long Island Business News’ Diversity in Business Award and was named to the publication’s 40 Under 40 list. He currently serves as president of the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York.
Leonard Warner, of Massapequa, NY, is the Service Desk Manager at Rivkin Radler, where he leads and optimizes the team responsible for the firm’s daily technology support. Through process enhancement, swift decision making, and hands on coaching, he elevates responsiveness and resilience across the firm while enabling attorneys and staff to focus on client work. For the past eight years, he has volunteered as a life group leader for young married couples, supported food and water distribution at a local pantry, and volunteered as a coach of his son’s T-ball team.
