Rivkin Radler Attorneys Named 2022 New Jersey Super Lawyers

Rivkin Radler LLP is pleased to announce that Brian R. Ade, of Allendale, NJ; Nancy A. Del Pizzo, of Summit, NJ; Jenna Gabay, of Cresskill, NJ; Gene Kang, of Palisades Park, NJ; and Ana Parikh, of Paramus, NJ, have been named 2022 New Jersey Super Lawyers.  Ade was named a Top Rated Products Liability Attorney; Del Pizzo was named a Top Rated Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney; Gabay and Kang were named Rising Stars in Business Litigation; and Parikh was named a Rising Star in Insurance Coverage.

Ade, a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Complex Torts & Product Liability and Insurance Coverage practice groups, handles complex civil and commercial disputes. He dedicates a substantial portion of his legal practice to cases involving construction defects, product liability, toxic tort and long-tail litigation, environmental contamination, professional liability, and insurance coverage.

A partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation; Intellectual Property; and Privacy, Data & Cyber Law practice groups, Del Pizzo has more than a decade of experience representing clients on intellectual property matters such as trademark, trade dress, copyright and patent infringement; restrictive covenants and domain name disputes; misappropriation of trade secrets; and unfair competition, false advertising, defamation and trade libel. She was named a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2011-2015 and a Super Lawyer from 2017-2022.

Gabay, a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group, represents pharmaceutical and other corporate clients in both federal and state court in complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, restrictive covenants, unfair competition, trade secrets, defamation, copyright, trademark and patent cases. Gabay also prosecutes and defends civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clients, attorneys, public adjusters and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes. This is the second time she has been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.

Parikh is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Coverage and General Liability practice groups, where she defends cases involving premises liability, automotive liability, construction accidents, wrongful death actions, and professional liability, as well as insurers in intricate coverage issues.
