A partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation; Intellectual Property; and Privacy, Data & Cyber Law practice groups, Del Pizzo has more than a decade of experience representing clients on intellectual property matters such as trademark, trade dress, copyright and patent infringement, restrictive covenants and domain name disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition, false advertising, defamation and trade libel. She was named a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2011-2015 and a Super Lawyer in 2017 and 2018.

Gabay, an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group, represents pharmaceutical and other corporate clients in both federal and state court in complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, restrictive covenants, unfair competition, trade secrets, defamation, copyright, trademark, and patent cases. Gabay also prosecutes and defends civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clients, attorneys, public adjusters, and others involved in complex, large scale insurance fraud schemes. This is the first time she has been named to the Super Lawyers list.
