Rich Frankel and Stacey Goldstein closed on a $9.5 million County of Essex Capital Resource Corporation tax-exempt bond financing for Adirondack Medical Center.

The financing was part of a Lake Placid, New York construction project for the hospital, where its new emergency department will be located along with other facilities, including a medical fitness center.
