Monteleone Quoted in Business Insurance Article

Joseph Monteleone has been quoted in a Business Insurance article entitled, “Directors may feel the heat on climate issues.”

The article discusses the possible issues that climate change may have for directors and officers. The most significant portent of this may be a client change resolution approved by a majority of Irving, Texas-based Exxon Mobil Corp. shareholders earlier this year over the firm’s opposition. A putative class action securities lawsuit has also been filed against the company over the issue.
