Moneta Accepted into Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute of ACTEC

Rivkin Radler associate Nicholas G. Moneta has been accepted in the into Class III of the Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

Created by ACTEC Fellows, The Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute was constructed to aid and assist in the professional development of the future leaders of the trusts and estates practice arena. The program consists of comprehensive educational presentations lead by highly esteemed subject matter experts, from varying fields across the United States. The institute includes six sessions for those attorneys who are nominated by an ACTEC Fellow and are then selected through a competitive application process.

Moneta joined Rivkin Radler in 2021 and focuses his practice on trusts and estates law, with an emphasis on estate, gift, and GST tax planning and estate and trust administration. He regularly prepares wills, codicils, trust instruments and amendments, advance directives, gift and estate tax returns, and opinion letters.
