Malerba Named a 2026 Trailblazer in Law by City & State NY
March 2, 2026 | |Rivkin Radler is pleased to announce that Partner Benjamin Malerba has been recognized by City & State NY as a 2026 Trailblazer in Law. The annual list celebrates the biggest innovators, groundbreakers and thought leaders in New York’s law sector.
Ben serves as the co-chair of the firm’s Health Services practice group, where he advises health care clients on complex business transactions and regulatory matters. He also counsels investors, management companies, payers, hospital organizations and health systems, medical practices, provider networks, medical technology companies, digital health companies, and nonprofit entities in a variety of issues.
In addition, Ben is a member of the firm’s Privacy, Data & Cyber Law practice group. In this role, he counsels clients on cybersecurity, data privacy, and breach response matters, with particular experience handling cases involving the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
In 2026, he was ranked in the inaugural Elite City Focus: New York—Cybersecurity & Data Protection guide by Legal 500. Since 2021, the prestigious Chambers and Partners has named Malerba a Ranked Lawyer. He has also been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America® for Health Care Law from 2018 to 2026.
