Lunch and Learn Series: Compliance Issues and Trends in Healthcare Transaction Laws

Please join us for the July Lunch and Learn where we will discuss compliance issues and trends in Healthcare transaction laws. The presentation will focus on:

• An analysis of the recently enacted New York Public Health Law Article 45-A, regarding disclosure of material transactions to the Department of Health.
• Compliance and quality of care issues implicated by the New York law including healthcare equity and access, and the corporate practice of medicine.
• A brief survey of trends and developments across the country on healthcare transaction laws.

The program will be given by Benjamin Malerba, a partner in Rivkin Radler’s and Health Services practice group, and Jeffrey Ehrhardt, an associate in Rivkin Radler’s and Health Services practice group.

Participants will be eligible for 1.2 CCB credits and 1 CLE credit in Professional Practice.
