Lunch and Learn Series: A Survey of OIG’s 2022 Advisory Opinions: What They Could Mean for Your Organization

Please join us for the first Lunch and Learn of 2023, as Geoffrey Kaiser and Jeffrey Ehrhardt present on the OIG.

The program will:

  • Discuss select Advisory Opinions from last year on a variety of topics, including use of gift cards, free technology, genetic testing, program exclusion and pharmaceutical subsidies, among others.
  • Highlight OIG’s conclusions and key comments and observations factoring into its decisions to impose or not impose administrative sanctions.
  • Explain the legal reasoning underlying the Advisory Opinions.

The program will be moderated by Robert Hussar, a partner in Rivkin Radler’s Compliance, Investigations & White Collar and Health Services practice groups.

Participants will be eligible for 1.2 CCB credits and 1 CLE credit in Professional Practice.
