Levy Named an Influencer in Law
September 18, 2026Barry Levy, managing partner of Rivkin Radler, has been named to the Long Island Business News 2026 Long Island Business Influencers: Law list. The recognition highlights legal professionals whose work is shaping the region’s legal landscape across areas including litigation, real estate, trusts and estates, and emerging fields such as cannabis law.
Barry has more than 30 years of experience representing clients in the health care, insurance, and financial services sectors. Since joining Rivkin Radler in 2007, he has helped drive the firm’s growth, including by co-founding its Insurance Fraud & Recovery practice with former Managing Partner Evan Krinick. One of the first groups of its kind in the nation, the practice represents clients across the country in investigating internal and external fraud, defalcation and kickback schemes, as well as related litigation. Barry continues to lead the group, counseling clients on fraud prevention, detection and recovery strategies, and helping them develop effective investigative techniques. He and the practice group have successfully prosecuted hundreds of lawsuits to stop systemic schemes and recover financial losses. Barry also serves on the firm’s Management Committee.
Barry has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Litigation-Health Care from 2017 to 2027 for Insurance Law in 2022, 2024, 2026, and 2027, and for Litigation-Insurance for 2026 and 2027.
