Barry Levy, Max Gershenoff, John Robertelli, Patricia Doran, and Josh Smith obtained a strategic victory for the New Jersey automobile insurance industry in Government Employees Ins. Co. v. Tawadrous, et al. when the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey denied the defendants’ motion to dismiss GEICO’s civil RICO, New Jersey Insurance Fraud Prevention Act, common law fraud, and related claims.
