February 5, 2016 |Stella Lellos, a partner in the Corporate Practice Group, was recently quoted in a Law360 article entitled, “5 Ways Law Firms Lose Clients.”
“Unless you’re keeping the client advised at every level of what’s happening, the clients will get surprised at billing and they won’t appreciate that,” said Stella Lellos, a partner in Rivkin Radler LLP’s corporate practice group.
Along the same lines, Lellos said clients are wary of what she calls “the bait and switch,” where a partner builds a relationship with a client and promises to take on much of that client’s work — only to delegate substantial work to more junior associates.
