La Ferlita Presents at Nassau Bar CLE
April 7, 2021 |On April 7, Joseph La Ferlita co-presented the one-hour CLE, Remote Execution of Estate Planning Documents: Pitfalls and Best Practices, at the Nassau County Bar Association. The program offered information on how trusts and estates attorneys can best comply with Governor Cuomo’s executive orders authorizing the notarization and witnessing of certain documents to be performed via audio-visual technology.
Approximately 55 attorneys were in attendance.
