February 8, 2012 | |Ken Novikoff, a partner in the firm’s Employment & Labor and Litigation & Appeals Practice Group, has obtained the dismissal of a complaint seeking damages in excess of $15,000,000 for alleged fraudulent transfers and tortious interference with a contract in Paradigm Spine, Inc. v. Viscogliosi Brothers, LLC., et. al., venued in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
