Kaiser to Present at PLI Life Sciences Program
September 13, 2019 | |On October 10, 2019, Jeff Kaiser will be a panelist at the Practising Law Institute (PLI) program, Life Sciences 2019: Navigating Legal Challenges in the Drug and Device Industries.
The program will examine the current state of life sciences law and what the future might hold. This program will cover the explosive growth of digital health and the legal issues that come with it; the latest regulatory developments at the FDA; as well as recent trends in pricing and reimbursement, effective compliance and investigation practices, and enforcement.
The program runs from 9 am to 5 pm and takes place at PLI New York, 1177 Avenue Of The Americas, Second Floor, New York, NY.
