Hillman and Milanese Join Estate Planning Council of Nassau County

Jennifer Hillman and Heather Milanese were elected members of the Estate Planning Council of Nassau County (EPCNC), an affiliate of the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils.

Jennifer is a partner in the firm’s Personal, Family & Business Planning Practice Group as a trust, estate and fiduciary litigator. She is a former chair of the New York State Bar Association Trust and Estate Law Section and former co-chair of the Nassau County Bar Association Surrogate’s Court Committee.  She became a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estates Counsel in 2017 and currently serves on the New York City Bar Association’s Trusts, Estates & Surrogate’s Courts Committee. A Metro New York Super Lawyer in Estate & Trust Litigation, Jennifer is a frequent writer and lecturer including as a co-author of the monthly column, “Wendy & Jen Wreck the Movies,” published on Rivkin Radler’s website.

Heather is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Personal, Family & Business Planning Practice Group, focusing her practice on estate planning, wealth preservation, elder law, guardianships and trust and estate administration. She develops asset protection strategies designed to meet the individualized needs of the firm’s clients. Each year since 2017, Heather has been selected to the Super Lawyers New York Metro Rising Stars list, an honor reserved for the top 2.5% of lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice.
