Han Named a Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America
June 22, 2026Lawrence Han, a partner at Rivkin Radler, has been named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society established to reflect the new face of the American bar.
Lawrence is a partner in the firm’s Class Actions; Complex Torts & Product Liability; Privacy, Data & Cyber Law; and Professional Liability practices.
The Litigation Counsel of America is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected and invited into Fellowship after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, along with ethical reputation.
In addition to recognizing deserving, experienced, and highly qualified lawyers, the LCA aims to promote excellence in advocacy and uphold the highest ethical standards in the practice of law, among other objectives.
Han currently serves as President of the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York and is a member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York and the International Association of Korean Lawyers. In 2024, he was named to the 2024 City & State Power of Diversity: Asian Power 100 List. Since 2025, City & State has recognized Lawrence in its Asian Trailblazers list.
