Gabay Honored Among NJBIZ Leading Women in Business

Rivkin Radler partner Jenna Gabay has been recognized by NJBIZ as a 2026 Leading Woman in Business, an honor that celebrates her meaningful impact on New Jersey’s business community. She received the award at a ceremony held on August 18 at The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset, NJ .

A seasoned litigator who represents clients in state and federal court through all phases of litigation, from inception through appeal, Jenna is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Trusts & Estates, and Intellectual Property practice groups.

In addition to representing commercial clients in complex disputes across a broad range of industries, she also handles matters involving breach of contract, restrictive covenants, and trade libel, as well as trust and estate litigation cases challenging the validity of wills due to undue influence, lack of capacity, and defective execution.

Since 2019, she has been named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. She is a frequent speaker on topics including women in law and the use of artificial intelligence in litigation and also leads the Women’s Initiative in Rivkin Radler’s Hackensack office.
