Fader Quoted in Bloomberg Law’s Health Law & Business
January 2, 2019 |Eric Fader was quoted in an article in Bloomberg Law’s Health Law & Business, “Here’s Why Your Tax Dollars Are Overpaying for Medicaid.”
The article discussed the Medicaid program’s difficulty in recovering inappropriate payments made by states to doctors. Eric told Bloomberg Law that the failure to collect the overpayments may be due in part to a lack of resources at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services dedicated to working with the states on this issue.
