Bergen Magazine Names 4 Rivkin Radler Attorneys ‘Top Lawyers’

The honorees include Brian Ade – Insurance Law; Nancy Del Pizzo – Intellectual Property Law; Lauren Mechaly – Trusts & Estates, Wills & Probate Law; and Ana Parikh – Professional Liability Law.
Brian Ade, of Allendale, NJ, is partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Complex Torts & Product Liability, and Insurance Coverage Practice Groups. He has handled a wide variety of coverage disputes arising under many different policy lines. He also regularly counsels clients on coverage issues arising under automobile, comprehensive general liability, excess, umbrella, and other types of insurance policies.
Nancy Del Pizzo, of Summit, NJ, is a partner in the firm’s Class Actions, Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Privacy, Data & Cyber Law Practice Groups. She has nearly 20 years of experience solving disputes in various areas of law, including trademark, trade dress, copyright and patent infringement, restrictive covenants and domain name disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition, false advertising, defamation and trade libel, website accessibility, and shareholder disputes, among other matters.
Lauren Mechaly, of Paramus, NJ, is a partner in the firm’s Elder Law and Trusts & Estates Practice Groups, where she focuses her practice on elder law, special needs planning, estate planning, and estate administration. As an estate planner, Lauren deals with issues pertaining to estate and tax planning and asset preservation. She assists clients with the tax-efficient transfer of assets during life and after death, crafting customized estate plans to meet the individual needs of her clients. This includes the preparation of estate planning documents such as wills, trusts and advance directives.
Ana Parikh, of Paramus, NJ, is an associate in the firm’s General Liability and Professional Liability Practice Groups, where she litigates general liability and professional liability disputes including premises liability, automotive liability, construction accidents, wrongful death actions, and professional liability claims defending attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, and other professionals in civil litigation.
To create the list, Bergen Magazine commissions a peer-reviewed study conducted by Professional Research Services, an organization that conducts peer-review surveys of professionals and licenses the data to media organizations. The study identified practicing lawyers who are recognized as the top in their specialty areas and whom clients would turn to for specific legal needs.
