Bandazian Reacts to NY Times Article on O-Zones

Khoren Bandazian offered his opinion on the New York Times article, “How a Trump Tax Break to Help Poor Communities Became a Windfall for the Rich,” which was critical of the federal government’s Opportunity Zone program, in an article for Connect Commercial Real Estate.

Khoren noted:  “It’s too early to say whether or not the law will generate its intended benefits. I can tell you I have many clients — who are not all large developers — looking at investing in both businesses and real estate in O-Zones. Without that law, I’m sure my clients would not be looking at these opportunities.”
