Alan Eagle speaks at New York State Bar Association
June 25, 2010 | |Alan C. Eagle will be participating in a New York State Bar Association CLE seminar entitled, “2010 Insurance Coverage Issues in the Commercial General Liability Policy: Emerging Issues for the Next Decade.” The program will take place on June 25, 2010 at the Radisson Martinique on Broadway, New York.
Mr. Eagle will be co-presenting a workshop entitled, “Overview of the Commercial General Liability Policy,” which covers:

- Common Exclusions
- Who Is An Insured?
