A Message about the Firm’s Ability and Commitment to Represent Our Clients During the Pandemic

March 17, 2020

On Friday, March 13, 2020, the Firm activated its Business Continuity plan.  The Firm’s technology will allow our attorneys and paralegals to work remotely, supported by staff who will also work remotely with a small contingent of attorneys and staff working in our offices on an abbreviated schedule.  The Firm is confident that it will meet all of its clients’ needs and expectations.

Many of the Firm’s practice groups are actively advising their clients on the impacts of the coronavirus.  A sampling of the bulletins issued by the Firm can be found here: https://www.rivkinradler.com/publications/.

We urge you to call any of our attorneys to discuss any legal issues presented by this pandemic.

Please follow all recommended guidelines for your safety and health.  Acting as one community with a common goal is the best way to reduce the spread of the virus and improve the health of our citizens.
