Hardy Honored at LIBN’s 50 Most Influential Women Event
November 7, 2022Rivkin Radler is pleased to announce that, Tamika Hardy has been named among Long Island’s 50 Most Influential Women by the Long Island Business News at a dinner held on October 27, 2022, at the Crest Hollow Country Club. Tamika is a partner in Banking, Business Dissolution, Cannabis, Commercial Litigation, Employment & Labor practice groups.
“I am so honored to be recognized alongside these brilliant women, and I am grateful to LIBN for spotlighting and supporting accomplishments of Long Island women,” Tamika said.
Launched in 2000, the Top 50 program honors the Island’s premier professional women for their exceptional accomplishments, business acumen, mentoring and charitable and community involvement. The honorees represent the most influential women in business, government, education and not-for-profit fields.
Tamika serves on the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion for the 2022-2023 term and the Suffolk County Board of Ethics, which renders advisory opinions to Suffolk County’s public servants on ethics and conflict of interest issues, conduct investigations and hearings. She is also a member of the Nassau County Committee on Equal Justice in the Courts.
Active in the local bar, Tamika was the President of the Amistad Long Island Black Bar Association in 2021 and is currently a member of Amistad’s Board of Directors. She is also an active member of the Long Island Women’s Collaborative.
Tamika participates on the firm’s pro bono team, where she represents the indigent in landlord-tenant disputes, and the firm’s Women’s Initiative Committee.
