Emily Carrigan is an associate in the firm’s Insurance Fraud Group. Her practice focuses on representing insurers in no fault insurance fraud schemes and racketeering matters.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Emily advocated on behalf of injured plaintiffs in claims involving automobiles, premises liability, and labor law. She then transitioned her practice to defending municipalities, school districts, and law enforcement in general liability matters including alleged wrongful employment practices, injury claims, and first amendment matters. Additionally, she frequently litigates before judges throughout the State of New York.
During law school, Emily was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the field of evidence.
In her free time, Emily enjoys cooking, playing pickleball, and traveling.
