Yadira Duran is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Professional Liability Practice Group. She focuses her practice on the defense of professional liability claims brought against a broad range of licensed professionals including attorneys, design professionals, insurance agents, and brokers. She has extensive experience representing clients in matters involving allegations of negligence, breach of duty, and other professional misconduct.
In addition to her current practice, Yadira has experience litigating matters involving municipal liability, premises and general liability, and civil rights claims. She has also advised clients in connection with contract negotiations.
Yadira is a native Spanish speaker. During law school, she served as an interpreter, assisting clients with limited English proficiency in navigating legal matters. She also spent time in Beijing, China, where she taught Spanish to college-age students.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and maintaining wellness routines.
