Tim prides himself on finding the heart of the issue and developing strategies to ensure a case reaches a favorable resolution in the most efficient and effective manner. For Tim, the most rewarding aspect of the practice of law is producing a winning result for his clients, freeing them from frivolous litigation.
Timothy is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. He is experienced in all phases of litigation, including appellate advocacy, in state and federal courts. In his practice, Timothy strives to deliver the most efficient and dispositive results for his clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Timothy worked at an insurance defense firm based in Tallahassee, FL, where he handled a wide range of matters including first-party property, quasi-governmental liability, premises liability, professional liability, legal malpractice, business disputes, and ethics advice for Florida attorneys.
During law school, Timothy received the Book Award for Contracts and the Pro Bono Service Award. Additionally, he authored the article, “Insurer Subrogation: The Changing Landscape of Legal Malpractice” (2021), which was published in the Professional Liability Defense Quarterly, Vol. 13, Number 4. Timothy also served as the external vice president of the Association for Criminal Justice at the FSU College of Law.
Timothy is a Florida native, born and raised in Ocala, FL. In his free time, he enjoys recreational sports, traveling, and reading Brandon Sanderson novels. He is also an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills.
