Stephanie enjoys the intellectual stimulation and creative thinking required in the practice of law. In developing a litigation strategy, she looks at a problem from all angles, including her adversary’s perspective.
Stephanie Zaferiou is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s General Liability and Medical Malpractice Defense practice groups. She assists clients through all stages of litigation, including court appearances, discovery, motion practice, and medical reviews.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Stephanie litigated medical malpractice actions. During her time in this area she handled many aspects of discovery including motion work, depositions and court appearances.
During law school, she served as the LL.M. research editor of the New York International Law Review. Prior to law school she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in biomedical engineering from Hofstra University. Her research was published.
