Spencer Serling is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group. He represents insurers on a broad range of coverage matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Spencer was an Associate with a New York-based international law firm, representing public and private companies, high-net-worth individuals with cross-border transactions, and other complex disputes and matters. Spencer also served as a Legal Assistant for a global law firm in their New York office, focusing on Mass Torts, Insurance and Consumer Litigation.

Spencer received his law degree from Tulane University Law School, where he served as a Managing Editor of The Sports Lawyers Journal. During law school, Spencer interned with the New York State Attorney General’s Office and the National Football League. He also served as a Legal Extern with the National Labor Relations Board in New Orleans.

Prior to law school, Spencer received his B.A. in History from Colgate University.
