Sheila’s passion for traveling and cultural exploration allows her to see the world through different perspectives. This insight helps her connect with clients from varied backgrounds, navigate complex dynamics with sensitivity and understanding, and approach legal issues with an open mind.
Sheila Pugliese is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. She focuses her practice on investigating and litigating no-fault insurance fraud matters.
Sheila represents national insurance companies in fighting fraud in the health care and automobile industries in actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters, and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Sheila worked at a midsize law firm where she focused her practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance matters. Sheila regularly appeared in court and arbitrations.
Sheila received her J.D., cum laude, from University of Miami School of Law. Passionate about public service, Sheila interned at the Bankruptcy Assistance Clinic and Investor Rights Clinic where she provided pro bono legal services to the underserved community.
