This principle has informed Sean’s practice for over a decade, where he utilizes his litigation and investigative skills to effectively represent the firm’s clients, including some of the nation’s largest insurance carriers.

Sean Gorton is a partner in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. He helps insurers prosecute civil lawsuits under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, medical suppliers, and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes.
Sean has substantial experience with virtually all aspects of federal litigation, including conducting fact investigations, drafting pleadings and motions, pursuing discovery, engaging in settlement negotiations, taking depositions, and arguing in court.
While in law school, he served as a teaching assistant in the first year Legal Research and Writing Program and was published in the George Washington International Law Review.
