Samantha T. Bibbo is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. She focuses her practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Samantha served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office for three years. As a member of both the Violent Criminal Enterprise Bureau and Organized Criminal Activity Bureau, she was responsible for handling a wide variety of felony cases, including attempted murder, conspiracy, shootings, robbery, burglary, weapons possession and sale, and possession and sale of controlled substances. Samantha handled all aspects of prosecution, including criminal investigations, Grand Jury presentations, and evidentiary hearings. Throughout her time as a prosecutor, she also completed jury trials to verdict.

Samantha is a graduate of Hofstra Law School, where she served as a Research Editor for the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal. She was also a member of the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association.
